Good Afternoon,

The guest  is having an issue with his email not being able to send/receive. He contacted his server and they informed him that the IP address was black listed and needs to have it white listed. I CC’d him in this email so that you can directly communicate with him to resolve the issue. I and the owner give him authorization to communicate with you directly for the specific issue.

The property network doesn't affect the sending or receiving of emails, that would be handled by the email provider. Any blacklisting would be handled by them.
